I've not done it yet but there's a national online experiment into stress going on here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/labuk/experiments/stress/
I caught it being launched on Radio 4's 'All in the mind' a couple of days ago. It sounds very interesting. I thought some of us might be good guinea pigs for research into stress!
